TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
  1. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Promoter of this promotion RB (Hygiene Home) New Zealand Ltd (“Promoter”).
  1. Agency means Farrimond Ltd located at 5 Eglon Street, Parnell, New Zealand.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

  1. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and older (“Eligible Entrants”).
  1. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities, Agency and any other agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  1. By entering the Promotion, individuals represent that they are eligible to enter the Promotion based on these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTION PERIOD

  1. The Promotion commences at 12.00am NZT on 1 February 2023 and concludes at 11.59pm NZT on 30 April 2023 (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

  1. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, purchase any Finish product (“Eligible Product”) at any participating New World, Pak’nSave, Four Square, Countdown or Super Value Fresh Choice stores or online (“Participating Stores”), and sign up to the Finish Skip The Pre-Rinse Pledge by entering their full name & phone number (mobile or telephone) via the online entry form (“Entry Form“), at www.finishpledge.co.nz to go in the draw to win. Entrants will automatically be entered into three monthly draws. Eligible Products can be purchased from the Participating Stores listed above. All personal information will not be collected or stored by Reckitt.
  1. The Promoter is not responsible if the Eligible Entrant’s mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry. An entry is deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter’s database. Receipt of an entry will be confirmed by an acceptance message which appears on screen once an entrant has completed and submitted the Entry Form.
  1. One (1) entry into the Prize Draw will be recorded for each qualifying purchase in accordance with clause 9 above (“Qualifying Purchase”) There is a limit of one (1) Qualifying Purchase per transaction permitted, for example, if 2 purchases are made within one transaction, it will only be counted as one entry. Maximum two (2) entries per day.
  1. Eligible Entrants must keep the original itemised purchase receipt (s) as proof of purchase. If Entrants do not produce the proof of purchase for all winning entries if asked, the Agency may disqualify the applicable entries and the Eligible Entrant will lose any right to the Prizes

PRIZE DRAW & PRIZES

  1. There are nine (9) Prize to be won. Entrants will be automatically be entered into the draw for the month they purchased the product and signed up to the Finish Skip The Pre-Rinse Pledge.
  2. There are three (3) winners drawn every month (9 winners in total at the end of the Promotion), and those lucky winners will each win $1000 NZD cash to help pay their water bills for a whole year and a Finish product bundle.

  1. To receive a bonus entry for the monthly draw, entrants will need to correctly answer the bonus question to be eligible for a second entry for that month they have entered.
  1. Each monthly prize draw will be conducted at Farrimond at 5 Eglon Street, Parnell at the below dates: (“Draw Dates”).
  1. 2nd March for entries submitted between 1/2/23 and 28/2/23
  2. 2nd April for entries submitted between 1/03/23 and 31/03/23
  3. 2nd May for entries submitted between 1/04/23 and 30/4/23)
  1. There will only be nine (9) prize winners in total (3 for each monthly prize draw).
  1. The Cash Prize will be paid into the Prize Winners nominated Bank Account. The Prize winner must be 18 years and above.

WINNER NOTIFICATIONS

  1. The prize winners will be contacted using the phone number listed in their Entry Form. An email address will be requested from the prize winners to confirm delivery details of the prize. The winner has ten (10) working days to respond to acceptance of prize by email or phone.
  1. The Promoter or Agency is not responsible if the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect or out of date contact details being supplied in their Entry Form. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, any such winner will forfeit the prize to the next eligible winner on these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the re-draw provisions below.

RE-DRAW (IF ANY)

  1. If the winner is unable to be contacted by phone within ten (10) working days from first contact, a re-draw will be conducted from all remaining Eligible Entries received during the monthly Promotion Period. The re-draw winner will be notified via phone on the same terms and conditions as the original draw.

GENERAL

  1. The prizes must be taken as stated and may not be varied. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and the cannot be taken as cash. If a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another prize of equal or higher value, subject to any applicable law.
  1. All costs associated or arising in connection with redeeming prizes are the responsibility of the respective prize winners.
  1. The Promoter, the Promoter’s related entities and all agencies associated with the promotion are not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of replacing the prize won.
  1. Winners have rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill.  These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way.  However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 regarding the quality or suitability of the prizes awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of such representations or warranties.
  1. The prize winners may be asked to provide proof of identity and proof of age in order to claim their prizes and prove their eligibility. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize to you if, in the Promoter’s sole opinion, you have breached these terms and conditions or has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion.
  1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1. Any person suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Agency through the manipulation of entry, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter or Agency, will be removed from this Promotion.
  1. If, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, or the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, or acts of Government, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, tampering, computer bugs or viruses or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable law.
  1. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the cost of the Prize).
  1. Farrimond (Agency) collects entrant’s personal information (Name & Phone number) in order to conduct the Promotion. For the purpose of delivering the Prize to the prize winner, Agency will also collect [the prize winner’s email address, residential address (to send the winning Finish product bundle) and bank account details (to pay the winning prize money].
  1. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Agency may use the entrant’s personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (including to send electronic text messages if mobile is provided or telephone the entrant in relation to the Promotion).
  1. All personal information provided by you will be held for the Promoter at Farrimond Ltd, Level 1, 5 Eglon Street, Parnell, Auckland, New Zealand or such other place as is notified to you on request and otherwise in accordance with the PPO New Zealand Limited Privacy Policy that can be accessed by visiting pitapit.co.nz/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Winners should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at the postal address provided below. The Promoter will destroy all personal information once the Prizes have been claimed.
  1. No personal information will be collected or stored by Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for any personal information collected, disclosed or used as part of the Promotion.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry where reasonably required and will endeavour to publicise those changes wherever possible.
